Tiran Dagan is the Director for NBC Universal's East Coast Strategic Initiatives & Analysis (SIA), NBC’s internal consulting arm, engaged by business leaders to drive down costs, reduce cycle time and waste and support strategic vision for enterprise operations & growth.

Tiran leads teams of 2-11 process analysts and strategy consultants through Lean Action Workouts and projects ranging from financial analysis to long term company strategy. These initiatives take place in digital strategy, supply chain, marketing, sales, broadcast and all operational areas within the company.

Tiran is a Certified Agile PM Scrum Master and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 20 years experience in IT, financial services, health care and entertainment working for Fortune 500 firms such as Wachovia, Capital One and T. Rowe Price prior to joining GE/NBC Universal and holds an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Tiran lives in New York City with his wife, Jacqui, and his two sons, Ben and Finn. Tiran enjoys glass-blowing, stained glass work and snowboarding and is an avid blogger on Scattered Atoms
